PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., June 4, 2009  -  The Harvard Business School Club of Jacksonville held its Annual Membership Meeting this evening at TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

The results of the meeting are as follows:

1.  Elected as Officers and Directors for the next fiscal year (July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010):

John R. Marshall, MBA 1985, President
Paul Hazlett, MBA 1979, Secretary/Treasurer
Kirsten Barnhorst, MBA 1991, Director
Beth Brockelman, MBA 1980, Director
John Glover, MBA 1993, Director
Don Merritt, MBA 1983, Director
George Novak, AMP 1997, Director

2.  Also approved at the meeting were three amendments to the Club's Bylaws relating to membership fees.
